苏州依奇电子有限公司为专业生产各类电子变压器及线圈的中外合资企
业。公司前身为苏州金字企业集团公司电子变压器制造事业部。
公司于 2002 年 4 月 1 日建立并正式运行。 公司厂房面积为 6000 多
平方米，现有职工约 400 人。公司位于苏州新区 ( 木渎 ) 枫江东路 100 号
枫江工业区。
公司自 1980 年开始生产各类电子变压器，至今已有 20 多年的生产、加工生产和销售电子变压器、线圈的历
史 。 1992 年后，通过与日本日立 HFE 公司合作，引进了日本设备和技术，建成了电子变压器规模生产线，配备
了 由日立 HFE 提供及自行购买的各类先进的进口自动、半自动绕线机和综合测试仪器等生产工艺装备。目前年生
产 和加工生产的电子变压器能力达 2000 多万只。
公司主要产品 ( 包括加工生产 ) 为各类线圈、电子变压器和贴片变压器。主要品种有：
笔记本电脑用片状背光高压源变压器；
通讯设备用高频开关电源变压器；
程控交换机和 ISDN 、 ADSL 等宽带通讯变压器；
电子收银机用非接触式传感器发射线圈；
汽车电子变压器；
数字家电及数字信息产品等高科技领域用电子变压器和微型滤波、扼流线圈等。
产品出口日本铁氧体 (HFE) ，韩国 KTV 、 LG ，新加坡和澳大利亚等国家和地区，为日本 HFE 加工生产的产品的
主要客户有日本日立，日本电容，索尼和惠普等公司。自主产品的国内客户主要有上海福克特 ( 德国 ) 、惠桑公司
，昆山亚博电子，无锡福尼达等公司。
近年来公司以进料加工和自主开发方式年生产并出口各类电子变压器近 2000 万只，累计 900 多个品种，年出
口创 汇达 600 多万美元。
公司于 1998 年通过了 ISO9002 质量体系认证， 2003 年 7 月通过了
ISO9001 ： 2000 质量体系认证。近年来， 又相继通过了国外客户日本电
容，日立，索尼，飞利浦等公司的考察认定；以及国内客户上海福克特，
无锡福尼达等公司的第二方现场审核。公司自主开发的金塔牌 JCT 系列电
子变压器产品通过了国内 CQC 安全质量认证，美国 UL 安全认证和欧洲
VDE 认证。公司具有电子变压器的自主开发能力，能按客户的要求进行设
计、开发和生产各类电子变压器，并为客户提供满意的服务
Suzhou EG Electronics Co., Ltd was established on 1 st April 2002, is a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise of producing professedly different kinds of coil and electronic transformer. Now there are about 400 employees in the company, including more than 40 technicians, managing products development, process technology, quality control and manufacturing management. The area of our company building is about 6000m 2 . Our company locates Suzhou New District Fengjiang Road Industry Block. 
Since starting to produce transformer in 1980 our company has more than 20years history of producing ， processing and selling coils and electronic transformers.
After 1992, through cooperating with Japan HFE(HITACHI) company, and importing technology and equipments, and providing a part of manufacturing equipments by HFE of Japan, we have had mass production lines, equipping many sets of full-automatic winding machine and semi-automatic winding machine made in Japan, and special transformer tester made in Japan and Taiwan, and corona tester and other assembling machines.
The production capacity of electronic transformer is over 20 million annual. The sales income of our company was more than 6 million USD one year.
The main products including processing products are coils and electronic transformers of more than 900 kinds, for instance, high-voltage transformers of LCD light power used on notebook computer, ADSL & ISDN etc. communication transformers, switch power transformers and chokes, and transformers used on automobiles and digital information technology products.
 Our major abroad customers are Japan Hitachi HFE, Korea , Singapore , Australia and customer of processing products for Japan Hitachi HFE are Nichcon, Sony and other countries. The main domestic customers are VOGT(German) Shanghai , Huisang Shanghai, Yabo Kunshan, Funida Wuxi and so on.
Our company achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate in July 2003, and now we have had UL and VDE Certificate of our JCT series electronic transformer.
We will actively develop new products and provide good service for our customers.
